The following statements are included in our Enrollment Policy which must be agreed to by all registered students/families.

Acknowldegment and Disclosure
1. I understand that to enter the Celebration Kidz campus my child must be in compliance with the COVID-19 Symptom & Exposure Flow Chart. If, during the course of the day, my child exhibits any of the COVID symptoms listed on the Flow Chart, I will be available to pick them up from school and will follow the Flow Chart to determine my child’s return to school.
2. I understand that while my child attends school each day, they will be in contact with children, volunteers and other employees who are also at risk of community exposure. No list of restrictions, guidelines or practices will remove 100% of the risk of exposure to COVID-19 as the virus can be transmitted by persons who are asymptomatic and before some people show signs of infection. We all play a crucial role in keeping everyone in the facility safe and reducing the risk of exposure by following the practices outlined herein.
